• I was very impressed when I took my daughter to lunch at The Punchbowl. We were celebrating as she is having her first baby in December. The service was excellent, the food superb and a very charming young man was playing the piano whilst we dined. A lovely experience.

• I have been to two murder mystery events and both were fantastic. Very well done to everyone. Staff were excellent, food was out of this world. Great entertainment which was fun, we will be back in June!

• What a great find. Giving real value for money with excellent food. It was so good, we have not only been back for lunch twice in one week, but also booked an evening meal too. Lovely gentleman playing the piano, beautiful food, nicely presented and with really good traditional ales, what more could we want? Do go and try the meals there, made with locally produced food, and don't forget to try the sticky toffee pudding......a real favourite of mine.

• Just a quick note to let you know that we visited The Punchbowl on Thursday for lunch and really enjoyed the food and the pub/location. The service was excellent which was particularly impressive as a wedding party arrived just as we did. I am looking forward to my next visit which I hope to be in just a couple of weeks.
