"What a great find, cold evening arrived to a blazing fire and an equally warm welcome. The menu was varied and cooked to order, the chef using locally sourced food. Beef stroganoff was tasty and a fillet steak was cooked to perfection, as was a traditional fish and chips, with mushy peas to die for. Desserts were delicious. Overall, an excellent experience, will definitely return when next in the area."
